Car Parking in Snowdonia is very limited and can be expensive if a space can be found
This is especially so at Beddgelert

Snowdon Sherpa Bus network
which connects with the
Welsh Highland Railway at Beddgelert

Please note the Welsh Highland Railway does not run every day
outside the main Summer period

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE NEW
TIMETABLE...............
The daily lunchtime Sherpa "S97" from Porthmadog to PenyPass now departs at 1330
providing a connection off the Ffestiniog Railway 1305 arrival from Blaenau Ffestiniog
(a) linking into the 1510 Welsh Highland Railway departure from Beddgeleert to Caernarfon
and (b) connecting into the 1430 "S2" Sherpa from PenyPass to BetwsyCoed

The weekday mid-afternoon Sherpa "S97"/"497" from Beddgelert to Porthmadog now departs at 1620 (school days) or 1645 (Saturdays and school holidays)
providing a more robust connection off the Welsh Highland Railway 1610 arrival from Caernarfon

The Sunday late-morning Sherpa "S97" from Beddgelert to Porthmadog now departs at 1145
providing a more robust connection off the Welsh Highland Railway 1130 arrival from Caernarfon

where a change of bus is usually necessary --- hopefully it will help you plan your days out
