Summer end-May to late-September	Daily   so far, there are no motor paddle vessels advertised in timetabled service During early-Summer 2007 initially MPV Italia was observed occasionally in service on her "traditional" sailings" From mid-July both MPV G Zanardelli and MPV Italia were observed on numerous occasions replacing the smaller motor vessels mainly on some of the more heavily loaded local sailings at the Southern end of the lake commencing from Desenzano and Peschiera respectively sailing northwards as far as Maderno So far in 2008....... there has been no reported sightings of either motor paddle vessel in public service on the "traditional" south end of the lake "local sailings" However MPV Italia has been reported sailing to Riva on Monday 23rd June 2008 and Thursday 26th June 2008 At this stage it can only be assumed something similar will apply in 2008
Autumn end-September to late-October	Daily   no motor paddle vessels advertised in timetabled service
Winter end-October to end-December	Daily   only the "Torri - Maderno" car ferry operates
Winter start-January to early-March	Daily   only the "Torri - Maderno" car ferry operates
Late Winter mid-March	Daily   only the regular "Torri - Maderno" car ferry operates   augmented by a limited 'excursion service' normally operated by    motor vessels or car ferries
Spring late-March to late-May	Daily   no motor paddle vessels advertised in timetabled service   MPV Italia opened the full-length sailings to Riva on Easter Saturday and was planned to operate them daily all Easter week vice the usual car ferry - this arrangement continued most days throughout the Spring timetable period (but always on a non-advertised basis)
PLEASE check with the operator nearer the time, as it is often necessary to make late changes,   especially to the vessel operating a particular sailing Note: Additional sailings are operated throughout the year by motor vessels car ferries and high-speed craft
Fleet disposition	Throught the peak-Summer of 2007 MPV G Zanardelli normally berthed overnight at Desenzano and MPV Italia normally berthed overnight at Peschiera The same arrangements are expected to apply in 2008 Can YOU confirm or advise otherwise ?
