It is understand the private group who were planning to bring her back into service have had to abandon their plans as the NLC cannot find a slot for the paddle steamer to visit one of their yards to undertake the necessary work involved

It is now understood the former paddle steamer (which was converted to a motor vessel, but still retaining her "Belle Epoque" exterior) is to again spend a further summer in dock awaiting a major re-build
